Every Dolphin Liberty runs on a built-in lithium-ion battery. There is no floating cable to route and no power supply by the pool: charge it, drop it in, press start and lift it out by its handle when the cycle ends.

Two motors, an active brush and CleverClean™ navigation scrub the floor and climb the walls of in-ground and above-ground pools up to 50 ft on a 1.5-hour cycle.
A large top-loading basket with a clear lid shows when it is full. Lift, rinse, replace: no bag to turn inside out and no reaching under a dripping robot.
Magnetic-Connect inductive charging
The inductive charger snaps onto the back of the robot magnetically. There are no exposed pins to corrode and no need to towel the robot dry first. A full charge takes up to about 6 hours, so most owners charge overnight in a shaded spot and run the next day; three LED lights show the battery status at a glance. When the cycle ends, or the battery runs low, the Liberty parks itself at the nearest wall, so you never fish it out of the deep end.
