Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We ship via major carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier and method are selected based on the size and destination of your order.
For the security of high-value shipments, orders of $500 or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery. The package will be delivered to the verified address provided at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from PremierRobotic.com pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 5 business days so we can assist with a carrier trace or claim.
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you have a special shipping request, please contact us.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact Form within 72 hours with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
