Why Platinum Dealers?

Zero Restocking—That's $200+ Savings

Some dealers charge up to 20% restocking fees. Platinum Dealers never do. On a $1,000 robot, that's $200+ you keep. Exchange until you find the right Dolphin for your pool—with full manufacturer warranty and expert matching.

Platinum Dealers aren't just authorized—they're the only retailers who offer zero restocking fees on Dolphin pool cleaners. Combine that with 3-year warranties on Premier and Sigma, free shipping, and staff who match your pool to the right model.

Confident. Protected.

Buying from a Platinum Dealer means no restocking fees, full manufacturer warranty, and staff who can match your pool to the right Dolphin. With Platinum Dealers, you get genuine parts, real warranty coverage, and expert support when you need it.

Dolphin Pool Cleaner Warranty Support

3-Year Warranty on Premier & Sigma

Premier and Sigma carry 3-Year Warranties—the longest available on any Dolphin robotic cleaner. Platinum Dealers provide complete manufacturer warranty coverage with no fighting to get claims honored.

Unlike grey market sellers who void warranties, authorized dealers ensure your investment is protected from day one with genuine parts and factory support.

Expert Dolphin pool cleaner matching

Find the Right Dolphin for Your Pool

Staff trained on NanoFiltration, MultiMedia, MaxBin, and ProLine features help match your pool conditions to the right model before purchase.

Whether you need Premier's flexibility for leaves, Quantum's capacity for debris, or Sigma's quad-brush system for textured surfaces—they'll guide you to the perfect fit.

Avoid grey market Dolphin sellers

Grey Market Warning

How to spot unauthorized sellers: prices significantly below authorized dealers, shipped from unexpected locations, missing warranty registration materials, or retailers not listed on Maytronics' authorized dealer locator.

Grey market sellers void manufacturer warranties. If the deal seems too good, the warranty protection probably isn't real. Always buy from Platinum Dealers or authorized retailers.

What to Ask Your Dealer

5 Questions Before You Buy

Before purchasing, confirm: restocking fee policy (Platinum = $0), warranty coverage (3-Year on Premier/Sigma), parts availability, service turnaround, and expert matching for your pool.

1. Restocking Fee Policy

Platinum Dealers charge zero; others may charge up to 20%.

2. Warranty Coverage

Premier/Sigma should include 3-Year coverage.

3. Parts Availability

Do they stock NanoFiltration cartridges, brushes, tracks?

4. Service Turnaround

What's their typical repair turnaround time?

5. Expert Knowledge

Can they match your pool conditions to the right model?

Platinum Dealers answer all these questions favorably—that's why they've earned Platinum status.
