Questions about the Explorer E70
What comes with the Explorer E70?
The robot, the dual-layer filter basket, the Wi-Fi power supply with myDolphin™ Plus, the 60 ft swivel cable, the Dolphin Universal Caddy and the manuals. The caddy is included, not an add-on.
Does it clean the waterline?
Yes. The E70 uses horizontal scrubbing along the waterline and four high-speed brushes on the walls and floor, with 4,500 gallons per hour of suction.
What does the app do?
The myDolphin™ Plus app connects over Wi-Fi to set schedules, pick cleaning modes and monitor performance. The weekly timer on the power supply runs every 24, 48 or 72 hours without the app.
How do I get it out of the pool?
Pickup mode brings the E70 to the edge of the pool at the end of a cycle, and the included caddy carries it and the power supply to storage.
Will it work in my pool?
In-ground pools up to 50 ft on vinyl liner, gunite, fiberglass or tile. Not sure? Ask a Dolphin specialist before you buy.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Maytronics warrants the robot against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years. Service is available through 1,200+ Dolphin dealers. Read the full warranty.
What if it isn't right for my pool?
Try it in your own pool for 30 days. If it isn't right, return it with no restocking fee; you pay to ship the original product back. If you exchange it for another model, we'll ship the replacement free. See the return policy.
